The minimum order is only 5 pcs per style. Beads and clasps have a minimum order of 100 grams per style. The total value of an order has to be US$ 250.00 or more.
All prices are Free On Board (FOB Factory) and are mentioned in US$ dollars. Local customs duties, if applicable, are not included in the prices shown on this website. Please contact your local customs office for more information concerning importing silver jewelry.
We normally use FedEx or TNT to ship your order, but you can also instruct the courier service of your choice to collect your order at our factory.
Delivery time depends of the size and complexity of your order. However, since all items are hand-made, on average it will approximately take four weeks before an order is ready to ship. We will give you a more detailed estimation of production time when we receive your order.
We accept credit card (Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card) and PayPal payments. You can also make a direct bank transfer to our USD account. For more information see our page about payment options.
We only ship orders which are fully paid for. If you wish, you may make a deposit of 50% at the time of your order and balance the other 50% at the time that your order is ready to ship (this only applies for orders with a total value higher than USD2500,-)
